The #PSAI Impact Awards

These #PSAIImpact Awards are the 9th time the Impact Awards have been held and this year we are looking for the Good in AI. Where is AI having a measurable positive impact? Is AI making Public services, society and business, more productive, accessible and impactful?

We want to know where the best examples of this are happening and most importantly, who is leading this change for the better and where there are challenges with AI, who and how is it being fixed.

The awards are structured around these three themes of national importance - Public Services, Society, and Business - reflecting three of the areas where AI is having Impact and where this new technology can be leveraged for economic and social benefit.

Each theme contains four categories, designed to highlight different uses of AI that is delivering measurable impact. We are looking for projects, services and initiatives with AI at their heart, but one category in each theme is for nominating the individuals having impact.

  • Public Services focuses on AI that improves how government and public institutions deliver vital services, from national departments to local councils and the frontline of healthcare.

  • Society celebrates AI projects improving lives, strengthening ethical practice, and addressing AI’s social challenges such as inclusion, sustainability and trust.

Business highlights AI that drives productivity, strengthens industry, supports AI business adoption and ensures the UK remains globally competitive.

The #PSAIImpact Awards 2026 are designed not only to celebrate success, but also to showcase practical examples that other organisations can learn from - helping accelerate safe, effective and inclusive adoption of AI across the UK.
