AIImpact Awards 2026
About
About the AIImpact Awards
The AIImpact Awards celebrate the most meaningful and responsible uses of artificial intelligence across the UK’s public services, society, and economy.
These awards recognise the organisations, teams, and individuals who are driving real progress through AI — from government departments and local councils to NHS innovators, civil society partners, research leaders, and public-sector enablers.
Honouring both visionary leadership and practical delivery, the #PSAIImpact Awards highlight the people and projects that are making AI safer, fairer, and more impactful for communities across the country. They shine a light on those improving services, strengthening ethical practice, empowering communities, and supporting economic growth through responsible innovation.
More than an awards programme, the AIImpact Awards are a national celebration of public-sector AI done well — showcasing real-world successes that others can learn from and helping ensure the UK leads the way in safe, trusted, and inclusive adoption of AI.

On 24th February, three finalists will be announced in each of the 12 categories, 36 in all and a public vote will be opened.
Each of the 36 finalist will submit a pre-recorded talk of 30 minutes by Friday 6th March, to be broadcast as part of PSAIWeek, 16th-20th March, and on this final talk our judges will determine a category winner.
Announcing the AIImpact Awards Winners:
The winners will be officially announced during AI Week, Friday 20 March 2026.
We’ll then celebrate the achievements of this year’s honourees with a special event in March 2026.
